lentil burger (recipe) with homemade hamburger-dressing, fresh spinach, fried red onion, mustard, cucumber, tomatoe and ketchup *

lentil steaks á la pottfisk
(this makes 6½ quite large ones)
1 yellow onion
1 dl raw green lentils
1 dl raw red lentils
2 tbsp potato flour
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp flax seeds
spices (paprika powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt)
Boil the lentils, and add the flax seeds while boiling. Pour in the onion and the spices.
Mix with a blender. Add the potato flour and mix with a spoon. It’s a little bit sticky. Shape the mixture into patties with your hands. Put them in a hot skillet and fry in oil a few minutes on each side. Done!
I ate mine with mashed broccoli with lots of garlic, and mini mushrooms fryed in garlic powder.

sticky cake
1 1/4 dl soy cream
1 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
4 tbsp cocoa
1 pinch salt
1 ½ dl flour
1 dl melted butter
Mix all ingredients by hand. Butter and sprinkle with crumbs a form.
Pour batter into that form (not too wide in diameter). SWOSH into the oven.
200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Put it in your fridge after it’s done or wait until it cools.
